What does science say about CBD's effectiveness in fighting chronic pain?

Chronic pain is defined as continuous pain that usually lasts at least 12 weeks. Sleep, eating, housework, virtually every aspect of an individual's life is affected by chronic pain. A very common option for dealing with this type of pain are prescription medicines. We do not doubt the effectiveness of these prescription, but their side effects can also be very serious.
