Communication and connection are the gears of the mechanism that leads us to the future.
We humans need to communicate and connect to evolve to our best version.
Dance is an emotion reflected in movement and is a universal language.

Throughout my teaching experience, I have heard the same comments from my clients again and again, every time they dance. So, I concluded that if everyone has the same issues in common, together we have the solutions.

I have spent the last 15 years experimenting and learning different techniques to combine and simplify the great amount of information and knowledge that you need to start dancing.

I think of dance as another language that we use to communicate and, like any other language, we have to learn some basic rules to be understood and understand others.

Music, song and dance are present in every culture, and in every corner of the world. This non-verbal language is universal, very powerful and it is part of our nature.

I have created a method based on the use of natural human abilities such as instinct, musicality or gestural signs to connect emotions and movements.

 

I teach to connect emotion, music and movement through clear and simple explanations combined with exercises that can be practiced alone, as well as in a couple or group environment.

These techniques can be applied to any style of couple dance because they are very basic and essential, for beginners and experienced dancers alike.

The ideal schedule would be to have a few lessons, customised to each dancer and in person, but my system is very explanatory and it can be learned perfectly using online platforms and start to follow my programme.
