WHAT ABOUT

A day aimed at developing one's ability to relate to oneself and other people through individual and group activities.
A one day pause from the ordinary daily routine in order to appreciate the entity of one's self-perceptions.
A break dedicated to opening up to the awareness of who you really are and what you wish to communicate to the world around you.

If we can recognise our requirements, we will be able to communicate them in the proper and correct way and take care both of ourselves and our surroundings.
Music and singing, as essential tools of communication, will guide us in this experiment of reconnection and search for balance.
