Fuerteventura, the ideal place for Smart Working

Just a few hours' flight from other European countries, Fuerteventura is the new setting for digital workers .

Sun, sea and low costs are some of the reasons for choosing the island as a place of work.

In the last year Smart Working has increased significantly and about seven out of ten workers are using this method.
It is a new job opportunity that with Covid, by now, has also become an obligation for many.

Smart-Workers are looking for places where the internet works well, they prefer fiber, whether they are hotels, apartments, clubs or coworking.
Usually they are people who have jobs that can be done remotely, with flexible hours and specific objectives to be achieved: gostwriters, life-coaches, copywriters, digital nomads, web developers, translators, social media managers, freelancers.
They are not on vacation but rather they are hard workers and usually, those who work from here, do not go to the beach often, but every day still enjoys the good temperature that the island offers.

Every now and then a break, a light meal in one of the bars near the sea, two steps and then again in front of the computer.

Fuerteventura and the Canary Islands are already known as the paradise of thousands of European pensioners, especially Italian, English, German and even Spanish, because in winter the climate is mild and the cost of living is lower.
This year, however, the smart workers are the protagonists of the Canarian archipelago .

At the same time, coworking is also being developed, large offices or rooms with adequate space where the same environment is shared, taking advantage of excellent internet connections at low costs.

Smart working is a "revolutionary" concept of the way of working, very flexible, everyone decides how to distribute their work, from where to work or stay connected, in fact the place of our work is no longer the office but the Internet .
